BES provides high-quality heat exchanger plates and gaskets. At present, we have developed more than 200 sets of gasket and plate molds. For customers’ special versions, we can accept customized services. Our company has corresponding maintenance sites in South Africa, India, Europe, the United States, Thailand, Vietnam and other places, which can provide repair and replacement services.

All parts are supplied by BES; the brand names are used only to identify the equipment they fit. BES is an independent manufacturer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorized distributor of any of these companies.

How do I identify which plate or gasket model I need?
If the nameplate or the plate model is still readable, just send us a photo — that is all we need. If the marking is gone, measure the plate itself: length, width, and the centre-to-centre distance of the corner holes, and send the numbers with a photo. We match them against our mould list and confirm the exact plate and gasket.
Are replacement plates and gaskets as good as the original OEM parts?
We have been manufacturing replacement plates and gaskets for over ten years. Compared with the top foreign brands, the material is not absolutely identical — but in real service our parts do the same job, at roughly 20% below OEM prices. Everything is made in our own moulds and backed by our quality guarantee.

What is the minimum order quantity and lead time?
The MOQ is 1 unit for complete heat exchangers. For replacement parts it is 30 gaskets or 30 plates. Standard items are usually in stock — send us your list and we will confirm the exact delivery date together with the quotation.
